Appointment Change and Cancellation Policy
We understand that life is unpredictable and you may need to change or cancel your appointment. To respect your time and ours, we have outlined the following policy to ensure smooth scheduling.
Changing or Cancelling Appointments:
We request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To change or cancel your appointment, please call or text us at +1 (551) 225-2365
Late Cancellations:
If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.Package holders: If you miss, cancel, or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, you will lose that session from your package.
No-Shows:
If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
Any exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of LA PERFÉ
By booking an appointment at LA PERFÉ, you agree to adhere to the terms of this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
